In Transition

The ATD-LA Board recognizes that some members may be transitioning into the talent development field, in between jobs or unemployed. This membership level is provided to help our community of practitioners. Joining our chapter will provide you with ample opportunities to network, use the job bulletin board, develop career strategies or spend time volunteering. 

Guidelines

• You must be unemployed at the time of signing up for membership.
• If you become unemployed after becoming a chapter member, we cannot reimburse the difference.
• If you become employed after receiving the in-transition rate, you will not need to pay the difference.
• This offer is limited to the initial new membership or for one single renewal for current members.
• This membership level expires at the end of one year, afterward you can renew at the standard renewal rate.

Verification of unemployment status may be required. Due to the non-profit status of our organization, we cannot extend this offer to independent contractors, consultants, or those who are self-employed.
