Technology Facilitated Mindfulness:  Leveraging Personal Technology for Talent Development

Smartphones, iPads, and apps often get a bad rap for negatively impacting our ability to focus and be effective - but what if we could instead leverage personal technology to actually facilitate mindfulness and personal growth?

Smartphones and tablets aren't going anywhere, so we better learn how to use them for good!

This interactive session offers new insights into how we can offer better talent development solutions to our clients by leveraging personal technology.  Specifically, we will discuss how personal technologies can be utilized to supplement the talent development process in ways to deepen learning from on-the-job experiences, promote collaborative learning, boost mindfulness, and facilitate creative performance - without ever having to take people away from their actual work.
