Cultivating Leadership Presence - STOP - OBSERVE - ALIGN - ALLOW TM

At this session you will learn about a unique evidence-based coaching approach aimed at cultivating leadership Presence, or increasing one’s quality of Presence in relationship to self, others, and work. This unique coaching methodology blends principles and practices of Positive Psychology, Flow Theory, and Mindfulness, all proven to enhance health and performance.  You will learn practices from the core 4-step process that cultivates increased clarity and awareness, which allows individuals and teams to shift habitual behavioral patterns that contribute to stress, burnout and ineffectiveness. These easy-to-adopt exercises will help you hone your ability to find stillness and clarity even in the midst of complicated situations and take your effectiveness to a new level as you begin to see things from a calm and expanded perspective. This program is designed to help leaders discover a way to cultivate their deepest potential and lead with excellence and wisdom, ultimately improving their well-being and organizational success.
