Company Summary:

Newleaf Training and Development deliver seminars, keynotes, coaching and online to help people and organizations better manage themselves, lead others and build business financial intelligence.  Newleaf Training and Development have served about 130 Clients in 28 states, China, India and Western Europe. Corporate clients include Citrix, Princess Cruises and Lockheed Martin.  Educational Clients include Caltech, Pepperdine University and most of the Claremont Colleges. Government Clients include JPL/NASA and many cities municipalities such as the City of Pasadena, Claremont, Lancaster and Santa Clarita.  Newleaf Training and Development coordinate the Santa Clarita Special Division of ATD.

Speaker Summary:

Originally from England, Paul Butler is a Client Partner with Newleaf Training and Development.  Paul is a Chartered Management Accountant (equivalent to a CPA) and holds a Bachelors in Business Management.  He qualified with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in London and prior to starting Newleaf Training and Development in 2005, he served as a Regional Finance Director for Hilton and Marriott Hotels in Western Europe and as the Director of Finance for Hilton Honors, the world’s largest loyalty program. He is a past Board Member of ATD-LA and serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce. Paul has been married for 20 years and they have two teenage children.  He is excited about 2015 as he and his family become US Citizens in November!
