Coaching Challenges: the Difficult and the “Uncoachable”

We have all heard stories about individuals who are  “uncoachable.” But, are they really?

When a coach – either internal or external – finds they are at their wit’s end and cannot make progress with a coachee, does that really mean the person is uncoachable? Or could something else possibly be going on?

In this highly interactive session, we will push the limits of coaching. Using a case study and other involving activities, we will look at ways to deal with difficult and “uncoachable” people.
