Recipe for Success:  Rolling Out an Irresistible Learning Culture

King's Hawaiian, a leading producer of Hawaiian foods, entered a period of rapid growth and expanding operations, adding new hires at an exponential rate.  Join us on the journey that the Learning & Development function took to launch King's Hawaiian University and provide learning on demand in support of the business.  See how microlearning, game theory, and the power of story were creatively employed to drive online course completions up from less than 400 to over 5,000 in less than 90 days.
