What to Do About Today's Leadership Trends

The second-best way to predict the future is to identify today's trends and project their impact. (The best way to predict the future is to create it... according to Peter Drucker) As an ATD member, you need to understand what trends are affecting your organization's business (regardless of your position in your organization). Dave Jensen will integrate his leadership research and decades of experience teaching and coaching leaders to show you how to deal with today's challenging trends. You will discover practical tools to help you tackle your difficult challenges. Specifically, you will learn:
  • Today's top business trends
  • How these trends impact leaders at all levels
  • which trends affect training and development
  • Four steps the best leaders use to address these trends
