Knowing Your Why

The Why Stack Workshop is designed to identify, harness and articulate personal core beliefs as a leader by creating clarity as a starting point to better define one's own purpose.

Main Takeaways:

  • Build and Connect with your individual Why Stack (Why, How, What)
  • Create more effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide clarity to attract and retain the best team players to your team
  • Gain a competitive edge through alignment and engagement
  • Inspire the team to work for a cause they all believe in

As a result of this workshop, people now own their Why Stack and know how to best contribute to the success of their organization. This is where teamwork becomes optimized, as we better understand why we do what we do. Registrants for this workshop will receive a link for a free WHY assessment. Bring your assessment results to the workshop for more insight.
