Skill Mapping The Future:
How to Define Yours and Your Clients Must Have Skills
Presented by Murray Johannsen
“On the stage of business, we need the right skills to be a star. Without these, we are always just a bit player.” — M. Johannsen
This presentation covers the six-steps of skill-mapping — a powerful methodology designed to create a career map into the 21st Century. Skill mapping gives you greater control by reducing the confusion over what to do in the future; while defining how to: take action yourself, train others, or coach another.
First, we map your present and future roles; the roles needed to shine bright in the darkness of mediocrity. Next, it’s on to environmental scanning and fleshing out the expertise and skills one has and one needs. Finally, we go tactical and take action.
