Case Study:  Was That Harassment?

In many organizations, people managers and individual contributors are required to report cases of harassment to HR.  Often, this reporting requirement comes into play whether they witness an instance of harassment directly or it is reported to them by someone else.

No problem, right?  You would recognize harassment if you saw it.  You would be easily able to determine if a particular instance was a case of harassement.  Or would you?

Join your colleagues as we review and discuss several case studies together.  Our discussion will be inspired by an article from Harvard Business Review.

Breakfast Available On Site!

American Honda graciously provides coffee for the RoundTable sessions. The on-site Starbucks conveniently opens at 7AM for your breakfast needs!

Our Session Format:

The RoundTable is an exciting approach that stimulates incredible conversation and insight around the topics and trends impacting our discipline.

We will read the selected piece aloud together for about 15 minutes.  Then for the next 45 minutes, we offer everyone in attendance equal time to share their thoughts and experiences on or around the topic. Come explore with us!

The GEMS RoundTable format is provided by Sue Gabriele, President and Owner, Gabriele Educational Materials and Systems.
