Presenter

Rudy is a Los Angeles-based performance consultant that develops virtual-based transformative teams to create business-integrated training and learning experiences. He bridges learning technology, digital strategy, and organizational development to provide value add by getting higher investments in productivity from human capital, simultaneously gaining and retaining clients.

In his current role as a Learning Administrator for a National Healthcare entity, Rudy is leading the charge in designing and implementing a Learning Management System (HealthSTream), coaching clinical and business operation leadership in content curation,  creation of models, and "operationalizing" learning and project management models.
