What Do You Need To Know About Every Project?  Or, Can You Count To Five?

A good starting point is right there in your own left hand - a learning aid that's always with you to remind you of the five key variables you need to understand on every project:

  1. Money [index finger]
  2. Time [third finger]
  3. People [fourth finger]
  4. Quality [pinkie finger]
  5. Scope [thumb]

What about the meaning of those five variables?  How do they relate to each other?  Which one impacts all the others?  What do you do if you can't accomplish them all?  Can you be a hero or heroine on your next project?

We will answer these questions through a Text Study RoundTable session facilitated by Vince Budrovich.  We will review a short passage from a recent ASTD publication and discuss these issues together using the GEMS RoundTable methodology.

The GEMS Text Study RoundTable format is provided by Sue Gabriele, President and Owner, Gabriele Educational Materials and Systems.
