Organizations that adopt AI without intelligent and responsible processes risk information loss, cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and costly implementation cycles.
This presentation and discussion will help OD professionals and talent leaders build a practical knowledge base for supporting effective adoption, including how to introduce and sustain AI initiatives in ways that enhance workforce productivity and positive customer experiences.
I-O experts will also learn how to identify situations where governance is needed, recognize early signals, and effectively communicate needs to leaders, developing a working understanding of responsible AI that supports, rather than constrains productivity.
Responsible AI practices will empower you to engage leaders in your organizations in positioning AI as a facilitator of employee effectiveness instead of an obligation.
