About the Presenter

Brian O. Underhill, Ph.D. is an industry-recognized expert in the design and management of worldwide executive coaching implementations.  Brian holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in organizational psychology from the Alliant International University and a B.A. psychology from the University of Southern California.  

Brian Underhill

Brian is the co-author of Executive Coaching for Results: The Definitive Guide to Developing Organizational Leaders (Berrett Koehler: 2007). 

He is the Founder of CoachSource and the Alexcel Group and previously spent 10 years managing executive coaching operations for Marshall Goldsmith.  

Brian’s executive coaching work has successfully focused on helping clients achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in leadership behavior. He has also helped pioneer the use of “mini- surveys”, a unique measurement tool to help impact behavioral change over time.  

His clients have included Agilent Technologies, AT&T, California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS), California State Automobile Association (CSAA), Dell, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft and Unum.  

His pro-bono work has benefitted various nonprofit and faith-based organizations.  He is an internationally sought-after speaker, addressing The Conference Board, Linkage, and regional ASTD, SHRM HRPS, PCMA events.

Directions to Campus

Parking:  The entrance to our parking structure is from Uplander or from Slauson. Enter the parking structure for 400 Corporate Pointe and please park on Levels 6 or 7 only. The entrance to the campus is from the 4th floor of the parking garage, across the courtyard and through the glass doors. You will be in A1000. When you enter the building, make a right before the elevators and you will see A1000 to your right at the end of the hall.

Please bring your parking ticket with you to Campus Services to purchase an all-day discounted parking pass for $7 (cash or check, no credit cards please). Campus Services is located on the 1st floor of the campus. When you enter the building, make a right before the elevators and follow the hallway down and around to the left. You will see our large Campus Services office suite to your right.

Metered street parking is available.

Members: $15 / Non-Members: $20

After 9:00 pm 2 days before meeting:
Members: $20 / Non-Members: $25

Pre-registration is advised and closes at noon on the day of the meeting, but walkins are always welcome.
