The Coaching Clinic: Bring Your Coaching Challenges!
Ever been asked to take on a coaching client you know you shouldn't? Ever coached a person who just drives you nuts? Is your organization resistant to a coaching culture? Do people undermine what you're trying to do? Not sure about the different stages of a coaching relationship? Have trouble demonstrating the value of coaching? And, do you know which coaching skills you're good at, and which you still need to develop?
Whatever your coaching challenge, or your questions about coaching (as an internal or external coach), bring them to our hands-on session on March 14th. In this interactive session, we will look at coaching from many different angles and address your most pressing coaching questions.
