Presented by Hugh Leonard ~ Leonard Coaching, Training & Consulting

A key assumption regarding energy and credibility in a trainer is that their own formative experiences have been reflected on, tapped as a source of wisdom, adapted into one’s self-presentation and used as a basis for mature interaction with clients and trainees. In other words, an effective trainer is first of all an effective person with integrated inner and outer resources and behaviors.

During this Chapter Meeting, participants will feel like they are in a mini-workshop on being “Interiority Powered”.  Participants will explore awareness of their inner resources as a trainer/consultant and identify where those energies might be blocked, repressed or have otherwise become inaccessible due to ineffective patterns of inner self-regard. As a result of understanding which of their own work patterns are effective or ineffective due to inner blockages, they will examine how to release those resources for creativity and productivity in the personal and training context.

The participants will engage in extensive Q & A session regarding all aspects of Interiority at work.

Practical Takeaways:

  • You will appreciate a key aspect of their own story as a source of inspiration and creativity.
  • You will understand some of the inner dynamics that block creativity and comfort at work.
  • You  will learn tips for releasing yourself from inner blockages to effective work performance.
  • You will better understand the difficulties that trainees and clients face when engaging with inner blockages to behavioral change.
