Join us at Cornerstone OnDemand headquarters for a discussion on the diverse ways in which Cornerstone OnDemand talent management technology is being used to empower individuals and help drive greater organizational results.
The evening will be co-hosted by the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation and the American Society for Training and Development, Los Angeles.
We will begin with a look at the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation:
- Learn how the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation uses Cornerstone technology to empower nonprofit professionals and drive greater impact across the sector.
- Discover volunteer opportunities to support local nonprofits develop their training and development programs.
We will conclude by considering Cornerstone OnDemand’s own talent management process:
- Discover how Cornerstone “eats its own dog food” and leverages its own technology to engage and develop its rapidly growing workforce.
- Discuss Cornerstone’s approach to creating an environment in which employee learning, productivity, and satisfaction can thrive.
Presentations will be given by Justin Wedell, Associate Manager of Nonprofit Empowerment, at the Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, and Kimberly Cassady, Senior Director, Global Talent, at Cornerstone OnDemand. We look forward to sharing our organizations’ approach to and perspectives on talent management!

Parking:
Parking will not be validated. Attendees must park after 6pm to ensure that they pay only $7.50 for parking. (Please NOTE: If you arrive before 6pm, the parking fee is $30.)
There is some street metered parking available.
Directions:
We are located in the Water Gardens on the corner of Cloverfield & Colorado. It is recommended to turn into the parking structure off of Cloverfield (first right when you pass Olympic), and park in the Visitor parking.
The structure is color-coded. You will want to look for the yellow section.
Take the elevator up to the Main Lobby. Once you exit your elevator, head left through the Main Lobby to the South Tower elevators.
Take the South Tower elevator up to the 6th floor. Check in with the reception desk, notifying them that you are there for the ASTD Los Angeles/CSOD Foundation presentation, and a Foundation representative will be called to guide you to the appropriate area.
