Managing Across Cultures

Join us to learn the fundamental knowledge, skills and mindset required for working in a global environment.  This will include a discussion of the impact of culture on credibility, communications, building relationships, and the specific skills needed to be effective as a global leader. Ken will also compare and contrast specific cultural preferences and the style switching needed to be successful when working in those environments.
