Presented by Anthony Lewis
It’s no secret that having a mentoring program benefits the organization and the participants. In fact, a successful mentoring program will:
- Enhance strategic business initiatives
- Encourage retention
- Reduce turnover costs
- Improve productivity
- Break down the "silo"
However, the world of mentoring has changed. New types of mentoring programs have become popular in order to tap into wider audiences, newer generations and in some cases be scalable to service a remote audience. To do this successfully mentoring programs require new guidelines and creative approaches.
Whether you are new to developing mentoring programs or have years of experience, this course will enhance your efforts because it contains materials and information you need to start or maintain a quality mentoring program.
Join our webinar and learn proven strategies for developing an effective mentoring program. The content discussed is universal to most industries, public and private. It’s up to you to build and customize a strategy that works for your business, school, or workplace.
Note that we will not be covering how to participate as a mentor or mentee, rather this course is for those that are in charge of developing or managing mentoring programs.
Here’s What We Will Cover:
- Types of mentoring programs
- Aligning the business needs to the mentoring program
- Materials needed for a mentoring program
- Matching a mentee with the right mentor
