Nudging Culture

According to Ed Schein, "The only thing of real importance leaders do is create and manage culture".  And yet, culture is cited as the #1 reason change efforts fail.  And nearly everyone knows culture eats strategy for breakfast  (or lunch)  . . .

So what's going on here?  What IS Culture?  How is culture formed, shaped, and managed?   Does culture influence people within an organization, or do the people within an organization shape the culture?  How are organizational systems related to culture?

During this interactive session, participants will explore culture along with these (and other) questions.
