In this interactive session, Stacey Girdner will share about organizational change, the change process, and how you as an HR leader can help your workforce so they don’t take a dive but instead thrive amidst the chaos of an ever-changing business environment.
What happens to employees when the demand for change gets scary?
How HR can coach its organization’s managers so they can ease the stress of change for themselves and their direct reports.
How to build your resilience amidst others who are running around with their hair on fire or burying themselves under their desks.
As a result of this interactive presentation, participants will have a better understanding of:
- the definition of organizational change
- the emotional cycle experienced by those leading the change,
- the emotional response by those on whom change is being imposed, and
- what HR can do to ease the pain of change.
