de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® methodology is the pioneer of all parallel thinking tools.  Organizations of all sizes have used the Six Thinking Hats® method to help individuals and teams overcome critical thinking challenges and conduct more productive meetings.  How?  By using the method to separate thinking into six precise categories.  It is a thinking tool that gives everyone a shared language that will cue the intended audience to focus their thinking in a certain direction.

By attending this informational session, you will learn how implementing the Six Thinking Hats method can:

  • Improve meeting time management - get to the solution quickly and with team buy-in
  • Enhance the quality of critical thinking to allow for a more complete exploration in a subject
  • Avoid mediocre decisions by engaging members to dig deeper
  • Remove ego’s – everyone has the opportunity to contribute
  • Create a clear cut and precise focus on how to move forward

With the knowledge gained, you will experience the power of the Six Thinking Hats and the difference it can make by using the method in a group activity.

We hope you can join us!
