Far too often, business owners and key leaders struggle to get their team members engaged in helping them make their business better. I believe this happens because we lack a good way to communicate to them exactly how our business works and how they fit into the mix. I’ve uncovered a very powerful two-part formula that captures the attention of team members at all levels and inspires them to get “radically engaged”.

By the end of this session, you will learn how to:

  • Recognize that a bicycle is a perfect metaphor for a business
  • Understanding how a business works and be able to communicate it in a simple, straight-forward way
  • Identify how the different areas of a business must work well and must be in alignment with one another
  • Engage your team members in critical business conversations without losing their interest

About Your Presenter:

He is currently writing his 3rd book, “The Radically-Engaged Team” TM with plans to publish in 2020.
