Presenter

Janet Lamwatthananon is a highly driven Talent Acquisition professional with 8+ years of experience in human resources and recruitment. She currently works as a Technical Sourcer at Facebook, where she hunts for engineers, analysts, and technical program managers for their Infrastructure Data Center Team. Janet is passionate about connecting people to their next best opportunity.

She started off her career as a recruiting coordinator at a high-growth startup and has since honed her skills in the tech space. Her resume includes companies such as ZipRecruiter, Uber, and now most recently, Facebook. Prior to her professional career, Janet earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Southern California.
