Discover Your Strengths

Start with talent; end with strength. When teams understand both their personal and team’s strengths, they will experience greater alignment and stronger relationships. Join as we unlearn the deficit model and re-learn the value of individual and team strengths.

Outcomes:

Participants will be introduced to strengths-based principles.

Participants will reflect and identify what their talents mean to them.

Participants will understand how their talents have become strengths by verbalizing an example(s) in their life.

Participants will claim their strengths and the value they bring to others and their workplace.

Participants will strategize how to utilize strengths into their teams.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To get the most out of this webinar, it is highly recommended that participants take the CliftonStrengths assessment beforehand. Coming to the webinar with your own personalized assessment results will allow for greater applicability of the learning concepts. Assessment codes can be purchased directly from the Gallup website, or the Tom Rath’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 book (which comes included with an assessment code).
