The presentation will focus on creating world class customer service programs and how to effectively market training programs to the C-suite.

Take a journey with us and learn how we created a world-class targeted global employee experience program from the ground up that supports a culture of positive transformational change. Explore proven techniques and strategies that gained support from the C-Suite, but, more importantly, learn how they became a part of the movement. Learn essential keys to successfully increase speed to adoption by incorporating a Leader-first training approach. Also, understand the key to empowering employees and teams to achieve greater potential by building a culture of care and empathy through advocating for a coaching culture.
