Meaningful Conversations: Leading Sensitive Conversations with Care

Did you know that people who can have meaningful conversations experience 147% improvement in outcomes?  Yes, that’s true!  Based on research studies done by many research institutions and universities, communication is one of the key pillars for success.

Through meaningful conversations you can get and give feedback, establish rapport, discuss critical topics, collaborate on sensitive issues, and make healthy and positive progress forward. Knowing how to effectively have a meaningful conversation is paramount for everyone, especially executives, managers, and those in leadership. Without effective techniques for conversations that matter most, the art and science of meeting organizational goals, inspiring and influencing others, having successful relationships, and managing your career is much more cumbersome and the results are far from rewarding.

This webinar is designed to guide your conversations from conflict to collaboration, anxiety to ease, and separation to connection.  You will learn simple and practical guidelines that will transform the way you communicate at work and home, helping you get better at the conversations that matter most.  You will gain insights into the most essential components of communication that will enable you to have tough and meaningful conversations with your boss, your spouse, your sibling, your child, your employee, your coworker, your direct report, or your friend with more ease, confidence, and purpose.

You will learn practical techniques to create more streamlined messages, carve out your voice and understand others’ voice, use culturally appropriate language, engage in empathetic and compassionate communication, and delve into dialogue that creates results.

In this webinar, you will learn:
  • How and why conversations can make or break relationships and results.
  • How to have conversations that make both sides feel heard and understood.
  • How to implement effective and simple guidelines for ensuring successful conversations.
  • How to be empathetic, compassionate, culturally sensitive, and humane in conversations.
  • How to create clear understanding, compromise, and acceptance in conversations.
This webinar will cover the following topics:
  • Identifying the Underlying Need
  • Creating a Safe Space for Dialogue
  • Using Compassionate & Empathetic Language
  • Being Responsible and Receptive
  • Creating Understanding and Agreement
  • Taking Meaningful & Clear Action
