About Your Presenter
Tom Henschel has been an entrepreneur for more than 50 years. He is a Past-President of ATD-LA. He began his L&D career as a trainer, but in the past decades he has become known for coaching senior leaders at companies like Disney, Netflix, and Mattel. In addition to running his own company, he’s a founding coach at Corporate Coaching International and a senior coach with Arden Coaching and Aria Consulting.
Tom’s podcast, “The Look & Sound of Leadership,” is in its 17th year and is ranked in the top 1% of all four million global podcasts.
