ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Doaa Saleh is a certified Talent Development and Leadership Strategy executive with over 15 years of experience across banking, education, trucking and logistics, and social services. She holds the Certified Professional in Talent Development credential from the Association for Talent Development, Hogan Assessments Certification with Advanced Interpretation, and is a Certified DDI Facilitator. Her recent studies include the Talent Development Executive Certificate through the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education in partnership with ATD.
Her career spans roles including Corporate Trainer, Instructional Designer, Founder and License Partner, Talent Development Program Designer, Learning and Development Manager, and Director of Talent Development.
Doaa has designed enterprise training programs, led global learning initiatives, implemented LMS platforms, and built multiple L and D functions from the ground up. She has worked across the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, consistently aligning learning strategy with business priorities and performance outcomes.
In May 2025, Doaa was selected as a Subject of Biographical Record in Marquis Who’s Who. She is known for integrating adult learning theory, and behavioral insight into practical learning experiences that support leadership effectiveness and cultural change.
