Through hands-on interaction and networking activities, we'll unpack:
- how emotional intelligence fuels composure under pressure,
- how being authentic strengthens connection, and
- why presence is built from the inside out
We’ll also explore the quiet force that erodes executive presence: imposter syndrome.
Through reflection, peer connection, and practical tools, you will learn how to regulate internal doubt, communicate with clarity, and project confidence that feels aligned.
The result? A leadership presence that is steady, self-aware, and fearlessly authentic.

About the Presenter
